   Definitions

2. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, who makes a purchase in Baltan.pl online store.
3. Regulations – these regulations of the Baltan.pl online store.

   Orders

   Delivery

2. The delivery time of the products is from 1 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed.
3. The cost of delivery of products depends on the selected form of delivery and the weight and dimensions of the ordered products.
   
   

   Payments

1. Baltan.pl online store allows you to pay for ordered products by:
   
   a) bank transfer to the seller’s account;
   b) electronic payments such as credit cards, PayPal, etc.;
   c) payment on delivery.
   
   
2. In the case of choosing the option of payment by bank transfer, the customer is obliged to make payment within 7 days after placing the order. Failure to make payment within this period will result in cancellation of the order.
   
   

   Returns and complaints

1. The customer has the right to return the purchased products without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Return of purchased products is at the expense of the customer.
3. In the case of a product complaint, the customer is obliged to inform the online store Baltan.pl about the complaint within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Baltan.pl online store undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and to inform the customer about the result of the complaint.
5. In the case of a legitimate complaint, the Baltan.pl online store will replace the product or refund the money for the advertised product.

2. Amendments to the terms and conditions come into force as soon as they are published on the website of the Baltan.pl online store.
3. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
4. Each customer using the Baltan.pl online store is obliged to comply with the provisions of these regulations.
